Automobile plastic car rear lamp prototype/mould maker

The process we are using:

1. CNC machining,
2. Silicone casting,
3. SLA and SLS

The equipment we have:

CNC: 8 pcs, maximum machining: 1800*900*600mm, tolerance 100mm+/-0.15mm

SLA: 1 pc, tolerance 100mm+/-0.10mm

Vacuum casting: 1 pc, tolerance 100+/-0.20mm.

vacuum forming machine: 5pcs

Oven: 1 pc

UV machine: 1 pc

Sand blasting machining: 1 pc.

And 5 lathe and milling machines.

Additional treatments we do:

Screen printing, painting, polish, high polish, anodizing, E-plating, sand blasting, grinding.

The material we use:

For CNC: ABS, PA+GF, POM, PA, PMMA, PC PP, Aluminum.

For Silicone casting:

8400 similar with rubber, 8150 similar with ABS, 8015 similar with transparent PU

8260 similart with UL ABS, K2576 similar with PP, K2338 similar with PMMA

For SLA: SOMOS 11220/14120 Photosensitive resin.
